We need your infectious enthusiasm, commitment to performance metrics and passion for success! Your Responsibilities:

Develop and own all components of paid search management, including campaign strategy, keyword portfolio development, creative, identification of landing page optimization opportunities, bidding and maintaining day-to-day campaign spend Interact with clients and explain media reporting, analysis and action items to all levels of client marketing teams Execute campaigns on paid social platforms for clients Organize and manage campaigns to ensure search campaigns are strategically aligned with business goals Proactively identify opportunities for optimization, insight and expansion and implementation Execute and manage strategy of client campaigns through various digital media tactics Ongoing analysis and optimization of proactive and reactive campaign frameworks to align with overarching strategy and result trending Work with internal strategic leads to evaluate, implement and maintain relationships with key partners across inventory, audience data providers and campaign UX integrations for customized digital media solutions Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising or Communications, Business or Statistics At least 3 years experience in digital marketing, specifically direct response digital paid media Previous experience in search campaign implementation, management, analysis and optimization Ability to translate and communicate campaign success to clients Understanding of analytics tools Intermediate level understanding of Excel functions (i.e.VLook-up, Pivot Tables) A passion for learning about programmatic media, new platforms and the ever changing field of digital media Keen attention to detail Katana is an Equal Opportunity employer.No relocation assistance is offered for this position; candidates not residing in San Diego County, CA will be responsible for relocation at their own expense.Eligible candidates will be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States without support; sponsorship is not available.Company DescriptionKatana is a digital media agency like no other in San Diego.Founded by industry veterans, built on best practices, supported by proprietary technologies and recognized three-years in a row as a Google All-Star, our company is rapidly expanding its work with well-known, national consumer brands.
