The Meisel Residence-designed by architect Kotaro Nakamura. Minimalist materials were used in their natural state, consisting of concrete block, stainless steel, glass, and bleached white oak floors. Design elements incorporate meticulous attention to detail and artisanship. A Serpentine concrete block wall draws the eye to views east and west. Slots in the ceiling create dramatic natural lighting dividing the home into two distinct realms: kitchen and gallery on one side and living areas on the other.
