Mork Domestic Shorthair Adult Male in San Diego, California

My story
How this pet arrived: This pet was brought in by a Field Services Officer April 10, 2021. At SDHS:This pet has been vaccinated, microchipped and neutered. This pet is now ready for their new home! Why this pet is the one for you:This dark and handsome boy is Mork!

Mork has been shy during his time here at the shelter.

Sometimes for these cats, we like to make them an office buddy for staff.

Mork was place into an office and slowly overtime he started to become social with is office mate. He even solicits pets and give meows!

Mork is going to need a home that is patient and understanding of his needs.

He may take quite some time settling into a new home and family.

Due to this, we recommend him not to go to a home with young children.

Helping shy cats like Mork learn that things are not as scary as he thinks can build an incredible bond with them! Mork did live another cat before and may do well with another cat-social cat!

Sometimes it can even help a shy cat become more comfortable if they have a confident cat friend in the home!

If you think you may have just the special place for this special cat, come in and meet Mork today!
